People lying through there arse and posting it on my profile, saying I haven't spoken to you.
I've already replied to you 2 days ago about your order, you even replied back to me and apologised about posting on my wall, and here we are again?..
what part of the information I gave and what's on clear display in our FAQ's and postal threads don't you understand?
You ordered on a Monday past our cut off time of 7pm. So your order went out on our next dispatch day, that would have been the Friday,
As mentioned in all our FAQ's and postal threads and updates we post in our profile, we use the drop and go service with the post office.. so when we drop our mail off it doesn't get processed straight away, there's normally a que of other drop and goes they process before getting to ours, this can take on average 1 hour to 2 days after dropping off, this is due to Covid staffing restrictions in place and the increase in postal demand.
Once I receive confirmation, I change order status to sent.
I updated everything on my profile.
As for tracker I take it you haven't bothered reading our FAQ's on the matter?
