Hi mate, I placed an order with them 27th May, was marked sent on 28th. They are defo still trading. Do you mean the order is not visible at all on your order list? That seems strange, if it's gone through properly it should show. Maybe drop them a message

Yea it's not on my list at all, nothing it's been paid and the correct amount as I can see that on my bitcoin payments, messaged the Tuesday but no reply.

That is strange mate, the fact the payment has gone but its not showing as an order is weird. Never happened to me before. Are you 100% sure you were logged in? You can place orders without being logged in. It comes up as an anonymous order with the vendor. They don't tend to like anonymous orders. Hope you get it sorted

I think your probably ok mate, I don't think they mark it as sent until it actually hits the post box. Other vendors mark as sent as soon as they have seen / processed the order.

It's not saying as order been placed, if it was there but says not paid I wouldn't have a worry, that's happened before, it's not even there. I was defgo logged in.

Yeah, my order from them just showed up took 3 days but the posts a bit hit and miss at the moment so orders might take a week to arrive.

having a problem with them as well. ordered two items from them on the eve of 27th. one was sent on 28th, one was still on 'paid'. i have messaged them but they never replied.

UPDATE: my other order was sent today :) so he's still in business

Sometimes if your not signed into your account and make an order it wont show on your orders list. contact vendor and make them aware and they should be able to confirm if they have sent it or not =)

I'm not saying you didnt sign in btw just sometimes the site can sign you out without you knowing

You gotta be signed in to place an order, I made 2 other orders from different sellers, both said paid within 10 mins, this order in question hasn't even come up on my orders list as ordered, I've had no response, I have messaged them.

You don’t have to be signed in mate. I didn’t have an account for 3 months just bought it without an account. So I assure you, you can buy without being signed in. Therefore doesn’t show up on your order list. If it’s first class you could be waiting years. I’m still waiting on an order from 19/4 7g.

I was defgo signed in, it had my name address saved for postage so I know I was.
