The mushrooms are grown indoors in a controlled environment, with all organic ingredients. You should read up on the Niacin because this is thought to be a vital ingredient with many benefits. I grow the active ingredient and buy the others powdered. I have added the reishi because of its well known benefits and familiarity. Hopefully the benefits of all plants will be realised soon!
