If your seller used Escrow Suisse you can file a missing purchase report anytime 15-35 days after purchase, simply send us a private message with your order number. Upon notice from us your seller can:
A - produce evidence of a received shipment and receive 100% of escrow
or
B - reach an acceptable resolution with you in which case we release escrow according to your matching instructions within 24 hours.
If 36 days after purchase a resolution is not made a 10% fee will be assessed and the remaining escrow will be released according to our Trade Behavior Based Disbursement within 5 days.
