I use this D9 plain;
I have a block of wood with 5 x 12mm holes drilled about 20mm deep to hold carts while filling.
I use a 14g luer lock needle that has been cut down to 1/3 it's length with a Dremel, ensuring hole in end hasn't crushed.
Take off tips and rubber bungs from cart, and place bare carts inside a plastic food bag (white or clear with no holes!)
Pop D9 syringe in bag also.
Get a good size pan, fill half full with water and boil it up.
Take off heat, and give it 5 mins.
Pop bag into hot water, ensuring open end is not in water, if syringe floats, put a metal spoon on it to keep submerged.
Leave for 2 mins
Take out carts and pop them in a holder, mind your fingers they'll be hot!
Mentally prepare yourself!
Grab syringe, take tab off, and put your needle on.
Give needle a quick blast with lighter
2 fingers of left hand each side of needle plastic bit, and thumb on side of syringe to keep needle clamped on syringe
With right hand, fingers round shaft, and thumb on plunger
This setup gives stability as it'll need a good push to get going
Needle in cart, grip and slowly increase pressure on plunger until it flows.
Should be able to fill 5 carts before needing a reheat.
If you need to use needle again, either heat it with lighter and suck juice out, or pop in boiling water!

Hey mate, I bought a small slow cooker for £20 which I use for loads of these kind of tasks.
I got some small glass 10ml bottles to mix the terps in, usually lose .5ml per flavour to the bottles.
I'd buy 20ml and do 4 different flavours so end up with around 9 × 0.5ml carts of each flavour.
I just sit the syringes needles and carts in the slow cooker so that everything is warm the distillate will become nice and runny and thats when I mix the terps in and fill the carts.
Works good enough for me for making a small batch, good luck 💚

Cheers. Never thought of using the slow cooker. If I try this & put the syringe in the SC on high setting, how long (roughly) until it's heated up enough? 👍

I usually put everything in for around 10-15 minutes on low(1) setting then once it's warm and the distillate flows. Try to draw some air into the syringe and re-cap it to see if it is runny enough.
When mixing terps in and filling the carts I put the slow cooker down on to the simmer setting.

These are a brilliant bit of kit from amazon if you are a regular to filling carts.

You can heat them up to release the residue inside to keep them clean.

Also goes nicely with so e luer lock syringes which can also be found on amazon.

I wouldn't waste your time or money with the plastic ones, they only give you x amount of use before your buying more.

It was me 🤣 I usually just try 0.5ml or a ml but somehow I looked at the numbers on the syringe wrong and ended up doing 1.5ml 🥴
I was at work for 2 hours that night but I ended up staying nearly 4 hours and realising I must be a bit fucked as I was having a conversation with some toilet roll and I was speaking like Frank Butcher 🤔🤣 I even got lost on my way home even though it was a straight road and had walked it thousands of times over the years.

Don't do it noodles! I had a customer who took 0.1 of thcp thinking it wouldn't be so strong. Not sure where he got it, but he told me about his experience. He said it was like a high dose mushroom trip. i'd imagine the OP of the feedback experienced something similar.

Another customer I sent a tincture to, over 3000mg, he took the whole lot and went to dinner with his mrs' parents. That went as well as you'd expect! He said he wasn't expecting such a small bottle to be so strong. Big mistake lol.

I'd recommend trying it once 🤫 but don't do it at work It took me 20 mins just to mop 1 toilet that's like 2 metre square make sure you have tons of pop too as you get severe dry mouth. Either smoke it neat or smoke it with PG flavour concentrate - again, totally up to you, do your own research into the 'dangers' of PG(The danger comes from OVERHEATING it) - If you smoke nicotine vapes already it probably won't bother you.

You CAN smoke it neat in a cart, but it will taste... very boring...

It's advised that you mix it with some terpenes, or if you smoke nicotine vapes anyway, you can use a PG flavour concentrate. But if you do decide to use a PG flavour concentrate, ensure you DO NOT smoke it in a joint as PG is only dangerous when heated too high. It wont be heated high enough in a cartridge so it's safe.
