Regarding dispensing, boiling water is perfect. With concentrates we want to work as close to 230F as possible.

Put the syringe into the water and leave it for a while as its pretty thick. Wait until any bubbles move freely in the syringe.

There will be very little waste as the syringe plungers are really accurately made and push out almost all of the contents.

I've read through the great comments here on the page. And I'm going to start including the proper blunt needle tips on request as these are whats needed for people to nealty fill carts.

A leur lock and tip will stay on during heating, and will help you fill from the bottom of your carts too ;)

My syringe goes in a ziplock. Good job too, as I've had many an end cap fall out/off.

So, bowl of hot water, syringe in a ziplock....
Roughly how long do u keep it in for...?

The water shouldn’t go into the syringe/usually has an end cap on it. Literally all you need to do is have some warm watering a glass and put the syringe in it if you are worried about water getting in etc try put the syringe in a baggy first

These syringes are ready to go, so they can be warmed in boiling water and then dispensed into carts.

I will edit the description, as you the 27% is indeed for the strain itself. The 50:50 blend would contain around 80-85% THC

Could you explain the difference between what's generally sold as 100% live resin already in carts, and 100% activated please?

100% Active live resin, used in carts or alone, is fully decarboxylated and cured to intensify the strain cannabinoid and terpene profile.

It comes ready to smoke,vape or eat, without losing ANY of the original strain qualities.

A lot of resin products aren't decarb'd properly and the resin and THC itself isn't yet "active". Its present, but has been over or under cooked.

Properly prepared live resin is amazing, it tastes and smells concentrated, is super strong smelling, like the bud, not just live resin in a pot, and pulls well through vapes once warm.

This is the same as I'm now using (Aug) in my products, vapes and edibles.

Thanks for that mate. Isn't it the heating element that does what's needed with live resin vapes in general though? Or am I confused?

I know what you mean, and yes to an extent the element does this in a vape cart. But it doesn't need to. It just needs to vaporize it.

But think, most carts change during the life of the cart right? After heat cycles, volts etc, this changes the taste / effect / sometimes colour.

This is because under heating, the concentrates are still changing.

With an activated product, the taste is perfect and the profile of the strain is consistent through the life of the cart.

Analogy - Relying on the vape cart element is like heating your bath with a kettle element. Uneven and very gradually radiating.

Active concentrate is like filling the bath with water thats always at temperature and remains consistent.

Vaping on live resin is one thing. Vaping on an active live resin is a big stage more "prepared" already.

Visually, live resin is thick and crystalized / opaque. But decarb'd and active, its clear.

If that makes sense..lol (not trying to split hairs, just to explain )

Hi, its around 200c to convert to THC and takes a few seconds. So it depends on which vape setting you are using? Combustion through the action of smoking should pretty much do it.

I know what you mean mate. But combustion is very different to vaporization.

An element and heating will activate differnt cannabinoids at different temps. The same for the terpenes.

Your setting, may give you some of the profile and effect, but not all. Think like an uneven burn in a joint,

This happens unless the product is already homogenous and already active.

What I'm saying, is that when the concentrate is already finished and ready to go, you only need to change the setting / voltage to adjust the vapour experience. From start of cart to finish.

You don't need to worry about accidentally burning or overheating your concentrate trying to get the pull right.
