This project creates a working proof of concept for a new little biggy payment processor, using USD stable coins on the Solana blockchain. You will:

1 Create a detailed technical specification for the project. You obtain provisional test credentials for the Chainlink and Solana api's, analyze the documentation, determine the necessary fxs and test them. We award $1,500 upon completion.

2 Oracle Functions
Using Chainlink or the Solana SDK create oracles from the littlebiggy api for
- order identifier
- default release date
- default (seller's) release-to address
- new release-to addresses (in event of refund or dispute settlement). We award $1,000 upon completion.

3 Use Solidity, Solana Pay, Solana Blockchain to
write a smart contract that upon directions from oracle above:
- generates a new invoice address and
a unique identifier (b) linking to a Transaction
- sends payments as specified by little biggy api.
We release $3,500 upon completion.

The developer will be eligible for an additional bonus after completion. This reflects unanticipated work, changes, quality and speed. A successful project is eligible for an additional 5,000 in bonuses.

These funds are payable in USDT and can be escrowed as a little biggy item or with the service of the developer's choice.
