Depends on your definition of 'service' really.

Many biggas are just obsessed with speed. Despite the vaguaries of RM they judge service by the ability to get their order within hours of placing it. And some vendors do seem to defy the laws of physics- British Bulldog, Druids Magic, Dr. Greenthumb and many others seem to constantly surprise.

Others value stealth as the most important service element and imo its generally good across the board these days. No one who has ever used Hashishin (or Bulldog again) have ever failed to be impressed by their inventiveness.

Good comms solves everything. But its not just about solving problems a lot of Biggas like to chat weed and a lot of vendors really know their stuff and will find time to chat. THC23, Canadian Imports, Keep It Green, LazyDaze and of course the peerless Druids are just a few examples.

And then there is value, but thats very subjective and depends on the size of your wallet. Vendors that include the cost of postage or even premium postage are added value to me.

I think most vendors doing well on here right now excel in one or more of those areas- and some in all of them. We are very lucky....

I ordered from Pistatch also and got sent a bag of shit, after that i didn't have much faith for a while, i guess pistake screwed 1 to many peeps over...

Pistach was good once upon a time, when you recieved what you ordered and not brown old crusty toe nail bud.

First time ordering from sdl and they screwed the pooch on the first go. I woke up Thursday at 7 am placed my order for and o of dawg and hq of something else. Had to pay delivery twice although both will go out in same package. So over charging from the get go. I've ordered multiple bits from the same supplier before but they don't charge for delivery multiple times. Paid for next day delivery so I should be smoking this as I write this. Instead I'm writing this like some moaning face bitch about how the delivery only got sent out today Friday at 150 pm, ALTHOUGH I paid for next day delivery TWICE so it would be here now. So now I've got fuck all to smoke because of incompetence. Fuck it, back to the gentleman dealers it is. happy to pay more for a better service

Respect for taking the risk on a new/risky vendor. shame it didnt pay off. I hope the dispute/escrow system takes care of you. Id stick to people with 9.5+ scores and always check feedback before any order

Have been tempted by Stardawg Line. But don’t quite feel they are at the level of other vendors on here. Not as reliable.

Im glad someone said this, I think once you hit xy amount of orders/realise most vendors here do want to take care of you it opens you up to a world of different products.

Fast & good vendors are rare but obviously preffered.

Patience is a virtue that pays off, Some of the best products i've recieved off here take a minute.

However ontopic from my experince

@justweed - cheapest and cleanest shake or budget smokes on the platform. The shake is a regular monthly order for me and my reserves.
@CanadianImports - Anything CAGB is certified quality. From their extracts to vapes and exotics. If you have the money they're hard to compete with.
@Gassed - a newcomer but with force, his RSO was ungodly. The quality of their extracts and their comms are close to perfect. With educational advise/product recomendation when you reach out to perfect stealth with pretty bags.
@DR.TERPY - King of carts. anything i put in a vape comes from this vendor here.

Dont be afraid to try new vendors/products. Between escrow and feedback you're usually safe. I'd stick to vendors with 9.5+ and good reviews but have fun. try some stuff out. no one knows better then you on what you like!

i only use the spacemen. Exotics at $40 + $7 for NDD is great.

As of right now, my go too has always been GreenCat. While communication may be lacking at times ive always had great products and service from them. They've been my goo too seller all year so far and a fair bit of last year. Offer both tracked 24hr and special next day delivery.

Aside from them you also have
TheSpacemen, while I haven't personally ordered from spacemen, but i've had various friends who have and have always had amazing service with them, as well various other biggas rating them highly. I'll most likely try them myself once I've made way through GreenCat's menu.

But as Polly said, it really comes to your personal preference with what you define good service, there's quite a few good gems on biggy. Stealth for the most part is pretty good and consistent between sellers, some better then others. If you're wanting a quick turn around, you're best sticking to sellers that can offer special next day delivery.

Dr Terpy for carts and Gassed for edibles are my main go to vendors. They offer a quality all round service. Great product x🔥💯🔥 comms, stealth and postage options quality too.
Also started using a new vendor Medi-Mart recently. Been very impressed so far and tried flower, edibles and vapes . All very nice and great value.
I also really rate MJ Concentrates and Eddys Hashbar. Urban Leaf Co decent too

And yet no one has mentioned The Gentleman Dealers? They sit quietly in the background doing their thing, have a fantastic menu for all budgets and will 99.99% guarantee next day delivery, even providing the tracking number. Been on here years and never let you down when you need them. I was facing a dankrupt Christmas one year and ordered last minute on the 23rd Dec. Pack arrived Christmas Eve. Love the ‘gents. Need to revisit their menu soon.

Even the spacemen branded baggies are good quality and a nice touch. They also have a large menu so lots to choose from, only problem with that is I can’t buy them all 😂

My first order on LB was with SDL and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Even had an issue with a possible overpayment on my second order which I didn’t notice and they was quick to message me to let me know. Things like this go along way with me!

Yes I ordered from you, yes a week later it came out (after I kept as asking you where my package was as you marked it at sent and it never arrived), finally you admitted that it was never sent in the first place...so that's the first sign of your unprofessionalism. Do not mark something as sent if it was not sent.

Then you said you were gonna refund me, then tried not to refund me by offering to send the day after with an extra 2g (lol), then I had to make a dispute for you to actually get serious about refunding me. Said that for the trouble you were still gonna send me 2g as a good will gesture and to prove that you are a good seller. Then said you sent the 2g, then you didn't, then you did and then again, you didn't.

I wrote the review reflection exactly my experience, which is what I wrote above, and you wrote to me complaining about it and asked me to remove it. I said no obviously as not only you made me wait ages for a product that was supposed to be sent and came out it never was, then tried to play games not to refund me and had to dispute the transaction to get somewhere, and NO you did not send any extra money, I showed you several times the blockchain transaction and I received exactly what I send, the extra you talk about what sent to a different wallet so I don't know what you are talking about, and clearly the fact that you are still going on with this lies shows how obtuse you are and why no one should have to deal with a 'seller' like you.

Then asked me to leave a good review in exchange of the 2g, which then you said it was sent and later went back to your word twice. So all I said to you was that I knew you were a new seller and perhaps mistakes happen but when you go back to your word 2, 3 times...sorry no that is not just a mistake that's you behind dishonest. So I sarcastically told you send me 4g and maybe I will consider changing my review based on my experience with your product.

Also, let's not forget that you threatened to tell borg about me making a dispute after just 2 days from the order, which is 1. A lie and 2. Impossible cause disputes can only be done after a week+ from the order.

I have never had any problem like this with other sellers. So people watch out. If this seller is getting 'attacked' by competitors but other more reputable and known sellers are not it tells you everything lol

Yeah, the removal of the 'find in page' search ability is a definite step backwards. Outside of that the items wall improvements seem to work but if they could bring back that search workaround it would be a lot better.
