The Unknown might be my all time favourite UK hip hop album. It's definitely top 3.

I think my favourite album would be Ruthless Rap Assassins 'Killer' album or maybe Horns Of Jericho. That's my era, that's my shit. Derek B, Caveman, Credit To The Nation, London Posse, Overlord X, Daddy Freddy, Duke, Hardnoise etc etc. Also agree that Skinnyman never reached the peaks he should have. late 90s early 2000s he was killing it

I don’t think it’s age and indulging for a few years with “multiple breaks, switched up strains” should be forgiving on your tolerance but we are all different..

Ultimately you either crank it up or crank it down (or both). Hit some carts and extracts and you’ll get high. But also extend those breaks…take a few weeks off at a time if you can.

I've always grown least 4 different strains every time.
I have always wanted to try a break but my Mrs can't cope with my mood swings.

Nothing seemed to work.sometimes for a long term smoker.having breaks for around 2 months+ is recommended,if you can go that long..🤔.so I tried converting to Carts 50/50 seem to work for me.but even using carts for a while.you just build more of a tolerance.if your not 1 for carts.i suggest cut everything out for a good couple of months.everybodys different, when it comes to breaks.its a hard drawn out task.
