Made 2 orders that have been stuck leaving origin country for about 3 weeks. Was told they coming back on weekend but didn't happen. Not replying to messages now either. Anyone else having problems?

Mine turned up after about 20 days - they didn't post it when they said they had - I messaged them and they posted it - it took 19 days from posting and the stealth was fine - double vac sealed and in 2 padded envelopes. It was always going to be a risk and I knew it going in - be patient and it will eventually land I'd say for now but if nothing up until the full extended dispute is about to end then dispute.

My mate (ahem), ordered a bit from them after they first got reinstated, and it did arrive. It sat in uk customs for at least 3 days before the tracking updated, and then updated quite differently to other bits ordered from outside the uk. Given the ridiculous low price, anyone think this could have been a police sting all along? To get buyer addresses? I’m not saying it was, but it is all a bit odd. If it wasn’t, uk customs are bound to have picked up on the packaging by now, as I’ve seen a few comments about long waits in customs.

Dopey hash has landed for me I’d say 5 times in last 2/3 weeks no issues at all,prior to that I was using RealD no issues also and just a few days ago I got a parcel off Dr Distillate but consistently I’d say Dopey his stuff is flying through and normally receive it 4/5 days later hope this helps

Have used Dopey and RealD several times with zero issues.

Pontiff of Piff's stealth is so good I've had to pay customs charges on the board game it was hidden in.

Have two orders in with other vendors now, will update when/if lands...

Some people just don't like their weed being posted in an envelope. They don't find it secure enough. Boxes inside plastic envelopes are much more robust and secure and seems to be the preference of many on LB. I've received a couple of orders in envelopes in the past which has put me off wanting to use that vendor again.

I understand your concern about the packaging. It's important to feel secure when receiving orders. So far we had no problem with our stealth as we use double vacuum and 2 envelopes. You can not feel what's inside the package that's secure enough from our point view
But still drop us message and we will be happy to accommodate your preference

I've had 2 empty envelopes delivered on 2 separate times where they I think they were opened in transit, I wouldn't order from a vendor again if they used envelopes/ jiffy bags.

I also avoid vendors who use envolopes or hand written labels, its nothing personal ive just had issues in the past. That being said some of the largest vendors in the UK use them and most people dont seem to mind.

Been waiting nearly a 3 weeks for a shipment from Nero to arrive but none so far!!

The 1st attempt must have been seized so Nero offered a full reship, I obviously used a secondary address,, but still nothing,
To be fair to Nero he has offered a full refund when he's back but none the less I've had to dispute to protect my coin, only close to 100 but still don't stop the fact I didn't want to use it...

03 April - reship tracking info requested by me

The tracking number is real and something is travelling through the network. I will update this post as things develop.

11 April - I asked for a refund, Nero wanted to wait til 13th

The tracking was showing that it was stuck in Spanish customs, and only updated once it arrived.

8 days delivery for the reship, and that includes Easter bank holidays.

Seeing as it got here, that suggests my address is still good, right?

I'm glad this is done with. A refund is the last thing I wanted. I was getting an order a week from Nero for a little bit earlier this year. I knew that eventually an order wouldn't get through, but I was confident that when that happened, it would get sorted with a reship or refund. And it did. I willingly let the dispute period pass, because I could see from previous customers, he'd still send a refund if necessary.

I feel like I was dealt with differently pre missing order and post missing order, hence the title of this topic.

Yeah, international shipping is just risky full stop. Not the fault of Nero in my opinion. Even UK to IE is a huge risk. They X-ray most if not all of the packages and anything even remotely sketchy gets looked into, this is also part of the reason it takes so long. I've literally had a package of clothes ripped into by customs before. Do your own due diligence before ordering international, because at the end of the day it's not only the customer missing out when a parcel gets seized, it's Nero too, and although I don't know them, they seem to me to be offering a great service at a great price and the last thing they need is to be taking losses while trying to do something positive.

Would love to try Blue Dream. I've never seen it on here ever. I'm sure it would be very popular as its a famous strain. I also like LA Kush Cake, Cherry MAC and Blueberry Muffins.
