How long did it take you to get a reply? I'm locked out of my transaxe account for 5 days now because I put the wrong password in. Its starting to cause some stress

Can u please contact me transaxe support. I made an order yesterday. I payed it but my Internet froze. I mistakingly pressed cancel order. So my money is in littlebiggy. The seller said they did not recieve. Littlebiggy asked me to confirm info needed for refund yet I havent recieved any refund nor have I had any msgs back from yourselves regarding this issue. U have been provided with all the details.

Anyone one else still having issues?

Everything is good. After almost a week, Transaxe released all of my 22 transactions and I am so grateful he followed thru with his reply.

My problem is that I hadn't made enough purchase's so Gassed cancelled my order and still waiting even just to confirm that it's in the process

Thanks my friend. Inwas OK with them being slow to reply because inwas still receiving payments but now I've stopped receiving payments too. Just hope they sort it soon 🙏

We suspect its the price of BTC going up and down and is affecting the Fee(GASFEE) per transaction which could have slowed the payments coming in, we noticed it since yesterday as some payments are delayed . Can assure you that it will be sorted with a little patience :)) Wishing you and the rest of LB a great day!

That's a good point it could well be a combination of the two things, although I can usually see that they're pending in my receiving wallet too and this isn't the case. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Hope you stay blessed 🙏
