Contacted GC 3 days ago, waited got a reply for address now waiting another two days for a reply on tracking number...postie has just driven past again.
Really don't want to open a dispute, but I'll give them until this evening and if I hear nothing I think I'll have to.

It's now 21 days since the original order was put in, 7 days ago GC got back to me to say it wasn't sent and he'd sent it with a bit extra that night and still nothing here yet. Messaged him 2 or 3 days ago to get a tracking number and he's not checked messages. I'm a patient guy but this is beyond anything I've experienced on lb now.

You never ever came good on my order either.

Own your mistakes, learn from them... Then your exceptional previous record won't be stained with the customers you mugged off.

Plays the victim when people out him/her for dropping the ball. Takes zero responsibility for their own actions. Aside from the happy are a sizeable amount of the unhappy (and many of us have been around the block here). Nothing personal (as has always been maintained). But dealing with GreenCat when they make a mistake is very much like having an argument with an obstinate toddler. No offence.

I think there might be something wrong I ordered Thursday night and my order still hasn't been marked as sent. I have bought off Green Cat once before and it went really smoothly this time it's a bit unusual, just hope the vendor is OK last time something similar happened with a vendor they were in hospital.

I don't need to my order was marked sent today, just needed to wait. Getting extra for the inconvenience so I'm happy. In all an OK experience, I've had worse in my time from other vendors and scrolling down on GC profile they do sort problems out.

I ordered Thursday too, marked as sent. Some vendors are slower at updating the shipping info, Terpy usually does it around midnight that night, always arrives next day with the Doc. SS shows when it was marked as sent, I'm not expecting it to arrive until Monday at the latest.

GC doesn't offer NEXT DAY, so don't expect it. Specifies on their page, 1-3 days. If you can't wait those days, use another vendor.

GC is a top vendor. Quality bud at great prices. I use him often for the imports. If you're looking for a quick 1 day service GC isn't the vendor for you. I expect to wait for up to a week for his packs to land but it's definitely worth it. LittleBiggy wouldn't be the same without GC❤️

Justweed before never had a problem I know it won't be posted till Monday and I know it will be here by Wednesday and if not I will wait till it does arrive at least justweed responds to msgs which is all I ask for really and that should t be to much to ask ?

I use Green Cat every month near enough for Shake, always top quality for bargain price. Never had an issue, they purposely state 1-3 days, so if it was sent Thursday, could be here by Monday. Don't bash top vendors because you're impatient.

I remember first using GC well over a year ago now. To this day the comms are always great. Vendors are people too. I don't expect replies like I'm texting me misses. Sometimes people and lives have and create issues too. The product has always been worth any wait and I'm always confident and comfortable ordering. All you need to be happy. I've ordered a few off of him. 2 were on time, 2 were not NDD and 1 was delivered to the wrong address which wasnt his fault, he sent out another order and it turned out they both arrived at same time. GC said I could keep it which was nice. Another was for a friend and that took like a week considering weekend too. I found comms to be terrible, like you say, comes online but just ignores. I seemed to have got a response quicker when I made titles with how long I've been waiting. Starting the title with dispute will make him look pretty quick too lol! I didn't but he probably won't look if you title it 'hey'

When you click pay just click once it might not look like you have pressed it but be patient it's so slow you think it's not worked so you press again to make sure that's when you get the message

I had this last night. Refresh the page, go to 'orders' and find the 'pay now' button. There is a glitch preventing the payment screen automatically appearing, but the orders are going through and the system is (rightly) preventing you placing the same order multiple times. Everything works - just not a smoothly as it should.

It worked for me by leaving the State part blank, seems pretty hit and miss with all these different methods though.

Any other fixes other than leaving out the country/state? I've tried everything and still getting this error
