I would open a dispute in the hope that the vendor mite start communicating again + offer a reship + if not the dispute resolution will hopefully find to ur favour .. i would also publicly name the vendor on the wall so that others may b aware (that's ur call) .. good luck with the nitemare u r currently stuck in 👍👍

Next day delivery bud not shown up for 10 days.
The seller won’t reply to me anymore, I now have absolutely no smoke and nobody to tell me when my £400 of buds is turning up? Absolutely disgraceful service tbh, don’t know what to do.
Feel for you mate...had similar situation and it takes ages and ages to resolve... Name the vendor is my advice so we can all steer clear!
