Same here , order paid only showing ‘ received ‘ not changing to paid , just have to wait and see sure it’ll iron itself out as usual tbh

how do we get in touch with transaxe to report this? - update - just figured out how to send them a message & have reported issue, will post update if I get a response

Transaxe have still not got back to me yet & I paid before 9am this morning, so will now miss 3pm shipping deadline......

Same issue here mate, transaxe shows that I've sent the BTC, the transactions had all the confirmations back, yet Transaxe still shows as unpaid here. Deffo have paid. Hope they can fix this without much fuss

The same happened to me this morning I've sent the vendor the transaction I'd link from my wallet hoping that will be enough proof

Seems to be a delay, sent from my BC wallet an hour ago, usually instant but hopefully get sorted soon 🤞
