I ordered an item around 6 weeks ago with T24, all looked good. I got notified they shipped the item, no tracking details. I've messaged them at least once per week since. The first message I sent got a reply asking for my postcode, so I replied with my postcode. I never heard anything from them again. I opened a dispute, but I stupidly clicked the resolve button and settled it (i was slightly high). Just wondering if there is anything I can do to get my item or refund? Luckily it wasn't an expensive order (£57), but that's besides the point. I've noticed via reviews that other people have had similar experiences with this vendor.
