A couple of points worth adding/correcting:
- You can order without logging on, but if you do so you will not be able to track the process of your order, review it or dispute it.
- Many sellers will not sell to Biggas with a purchase history of less than 10 buys. If that’s you- message the vendor before ordering to check.
- You can use your shopping cart to add various items from different vendors and just make a single payment.
- LB generates a unique wallet address for every transaction. Don’t mistakenly use the same address for subsequent orders.
- There can be some delay between sending your coin and it appearing as Paid on your order page. This is normally caused by traffic on the blockchain so don’t panic.
- Your coin does not initially go to the seller but is held in escrow in case of disputes. It’s released to them after 16 days.
- If your order is not marked as Sent by the vendor in 100 hours your coin is auto returned to you.
- If you do not receive your order or there is some other problem a Dispute tab appears on your order page after 9 days and you can raise a dispute.
-LB terms override all seller’s T&C’s shown on their stores so these are a guidance and you are not bound by their reship/refund policies or dispute advice.
- Most Disputes are settled by Auto Settlement Borg and depends on ‘reputation’,both yours and the sellers. Reputation is built through orders, reviews, dispute history and voting stats.
- Good comms solve most issues on LB. Always talk to the vendor via messaging- good vendors maintain good comms. However don’t be persuaded to delay the dispute period beyond the time window shown on the order page. The dispute process is there to protect your coin.
-Leave fair and balanced reviews that help everybody. There is no rush to add your review so remember that “10/10 looks good, haven’t tried yet” reviews help absolutely nobody.
- Never sink to abusing vendors. They don’t have to take it and it’s a no win scenario that most Biggas end up regretting.
- There are of course trolls and fake accounts on LB. It’s the internet.
- There is an ocean of help available on the Topics page- you can ask anything at any time!
