Can I please get some help

Ive placed my order about 2 months ago now the seller doesn't respond I can on his page that he comes on but still refuses to respond to me I keep sending him messages but nothing

I missed my opportunity to dispute so I made a topic on his page requesting a late dispute about 3 weeks ago and still nothing I honestly don't know what to do anymore

Your post says you requested the Late Dispute on the 11th Jan, so that’s been 10 days. Can’t help thinking you should have had a response by now. Post it again, but for reason just put: Item not received.
If you hear nothing in another 10 days I would message Refund Borg directly….good luck👍

I ordered way back on the 14th and the order was sent on the 18th December and I've yet to receive it

the seller takes 4-5 days to respond. Last thing he did was ask to resend address which was 7 days ago haven't heard anything from him since.

Also if I should how would I do it when I look on the order screen there's no option for it

Any help is much appreciated

Your dispute window has probably timed out (you should always dispute within the time window shown at the very top of the order page). Double check- is there a blue ‘dispute’ tab showing in the top left margin of your order page?

If not you need the Late Dispute process:

On the vendor page, start a new topic with the title ‘Request Late Dispute’
In the text show the todays date, order date and order number.
Then show the reason for dispute -“order never arrived”

I’ve not had to dispute an order before so there is probably someone who is more knowledgeable on the subject.

But if this was me I would be disputing ASAP and hoping it gives the seller a kick up the arse to sort it out and if not should hopefully get you your coin back.

I think you create a topic on the vendors page requesting a late dispute with order details then a borg opens up a dispute for you

I went on his page and I don't see an option to make a post is there anything else that I could do

I really appreciate you helping me out. this order cost me 120 quid I don't wanna loose that much money

Best bet you could do mate is go the help screen on the top of the screen and go through the topics there you'll find all the info you need about disputing

I think you have missed the window so for dispute I think you can request a late dispute but I'm unsure how this is done

You can dispute on the order page below the review option in blue top left hand corner, after I think 9 days of items being sent

Don't let the vendor get one over on you . Just open a TOPIC that U haven't got the order .. once it's public and the vendor has been shouted out they will sort it .

Im pretty new to LB and btc as a whole which led me to accidentally sending ess than needed to the seller. Which brought me to the transaction screen showing the unpaid amount I have left

I paid that off aswell but my transaction screen is saying that its still unpaid but right under it, it's saying the full amount has been paid my wallet is saying that its been sent over aswell, if I press to go back to the order screen it saying that its been unpaid there aswell

is this just a bug or has my transaction not gone through somehow?

It should just update. Either way pop a message across to the vendor to check that the order is OK with them. Good comms solves everything 👍

It's probably just waiting for final confirmation, don't worry. If it says on Transaxe that the order is paid then the status will change to paid on your order page, if it just says payment received you have to wait a little longer.

If it's taking longer than you are expecting reach out to Transaxe Support with your order number.
