My first LB stalker . (Addressing fake reviews)

Hate to write a review like this guys as its very Unbecoming of my experience on here so far which has been wholly + so far.
Sadly, I am being targeted by a venemous individual who keeps on leaving me on 1/10 reviews to bring my rating down. If you have dealt with us, you know we go over and beyond to please our customers by often including free testers or excellent and frequent comms.
Unfortunately I have come into contact with a troll who refuses to change his reviews after I gave them the ultimatum before their order was cancelled. As we know this site works on the law of averages so they are the only ones who can do describe their user experience. On a page full of 9 and 10/10 reviews, sadly this weasel has been able to bring my rating down to a 9.5 when it should be sitting much higher.
There are some great people in this community and all I ask is if you have outstanding orders with me please leave a fair description of your experience 🤝.

Its par for the course on LB unfortunately it's a cancer that spreads and rots the fabric of the community.

Alot of the community know who's behind these attacks but just don't speak up or are just too frightened to stand out from the crowd.

Interesting that you have a 1/10 for Blue Zushi. Have a look at other vendors with this product and there's your answer.

Well this is just it mate we have to fight for our existence sadly.
They’ve left another 1/10 on the Wedding cake which they did not even receive as it was cancelled as they ignored my messages to change their what looks like a mistaken review as I gave him a extra tester and upgraded his delivery option 🤦‍♂️.

Just be careful because the buyer is more than likely a "competitor"and they are probably making up a fictious receiver address.

Trip adviser / e bay just had a look at your reviews 9.5 average and a 1/10 with no insight on how he reached that conclusion at all.

I would bet my LB account on him not even giving you the respect to private message you first ?

He left me a 1/10 on a product first which I respectfully asked him to change and then completely ignored me and places another order. The cheek lol.
Anyway after days and numerous messages, I cancel his order and explain to him he won’t be left out of pocket (1g tester order). He continued to hound my inbox and leave a second 1/10 review which is crazy seeing as the order was cancelled.
It is what it is at this point just felt I had to address it as one bad apple can really try and ruin it.

Agree 100% as honest venders you have to protect your rep it’s everything on here no rep no sales. Bet your kids need shoes like everyone else lol 😂

Lmao he received extra samples on his initial order which is undoubtedly quality grade and the second 1/10 was a cancelled order.
Its all said and done now glad it’s been addressed anyway.

It’s not unusual for people to mix up the rating and the days- instead of putting 10/10 took 1 day to arrive, they put 1/10 took 10 days to arrive!

It's a shame people have to be like this as my experience with riley_packs has been excellent. Not tried all his strains but with the samples he usually throws my way I have tried a few of them and no complaints from me. Nice guy to deal with, has been reliable and the bud has been great. The 9.5 certainly wouldn't stop me buying again and hopefully people see your post and make their own decisions.

No problem, just stick with it mate as annoying as it is. In a way its a compliment other vendors see you as a threat if that is what's going on. I have been here a while and seen this happen with a few new vendors and the ones that survive are the ones that keep their cool and keep things professional.
