Order not received - updates from anyone?

As most of you know Super Hans went quiet. I lost quite a bit of cash on my order. Created a dispute today unfortunately.

I wouldn’t be that upset if my order was not marked posted more than 10 days ago. It’s simply a lie. Why lie to customers rather than cancelling the order? Unfortunately this is so far the most unreliable vendor I run into on LB.

Has anyone else heard from the vendor or was successful with getting a refund?

i am having logistical among other issues at the moment. I am not ignoring you or whatever. I know comms hasn't been the best lately but i will be sure to hit every one of you that sent me a message last few days. All late packages have or will be sent, if you require a tracking number send me your address with the message to make it quicker. If not please give it a few more days.

Second time this has happened to me with hans now. Really not happy. I just hope he's ok and well.

Didnt see this before ordering, paid ndd too. Just cancelled my order as no indication of when the vendor is returning. I understand vendors have issues but why not shut up shop to prevent unhappy customers?

Ordered 06/10 marked as sent that day many emails to SH no response whilst I hope he is OK this is a shit show and this will be my last order with SH.

Wow this sucks very unusual for hans I must have had 50+ orders from him and only ever had one problem which was resolved very quickly hope the problem doesn’t persist for long gagging for some Hans weed

Just for balance, a reship from Hans arrived this morning. Nicely fattened up. So I cancelled the dispute and hope for better times going forward.

Ordered on the 5th, marked as sent on the 7th… received post everyday this week apart from Thursday and still nothing has arrived!!! Received orders from different vendors in the meantime pissed off isn’t the words!!!

Bad signs guys, no comms and no product.

Those who had the orders cancelled are in a preferable position.

My order was marked as sent around 22:30 Friday night. Now this seems unlikely to me and also precludes the order from being cancelled

First experience of Super Hans ,
I'd read many good things about him. I ordered 07/10 my order was cancelled after it hadn't been sent in 100hrs . Received refund, had to get new wallet with legacy address, then transferred that to my preferred wallet, then looked for another vendor .

I ordered on Friday night but didn’t expect it to be sent until today, since then this post was put up so I don’t know what will happen. I’m sure we will have some update today though.

Have you guys had any dispatch confirmation? I ordered NDD on Wednesday and have no idea when or if anything will arrive as I ordered as a guest by accident.

I ordered last Friday (07/10) and it was marked sent the same day. Nothings appeared so I guess I'll dispute in a few days. Really disappointed atm, Hans has left me high (not) and dry.

I done the same as yourself for my first order but as long as you put in your address you’ll be fine, you just won’t be able to see updates on it unfortunately. If you send over your address he should be able to track when he’s active.

Ordered 05/10 NDD, still no show on 13/10. I don't think it's possible for me to cancel or get a refund because I checked out as guest?Hans should have cancelled the order if it couldn't be fulfilled rather than longing this out. I can't go with another vendor in case this arrives and I can't be refunded.
