I have the same issue as well, transaction has also been confirmed on blockchain but on transaxe page still shows up as awaiting payment. I got in touch with transaxe support as well, waiting to hear from them, I see there are quite a few other people with this problem

I've been waiting well over 24hrs now. First time ever more than a few minutes. Have messaged transaxe support but no response yet

Transaxe support told me it shows as unpaid... Yes, that's the issue.

Well thats it then. What happens next did they say? I'm going onto get in contact with them too.

They literally said it says unpaid. Nothing else. It's as if they don't think they have issues or something. I sent a link of the tx hash which literally shows the right amount going into the right wallet. Doesn't make any sense.

Me too. Hopefully get an actual response from transaxe support today, I sent them the link to the transaction on the blockchain

They got back to me asking for order number but nothing since I sent the info. Been 48 hrs now since order didn't go through

Mine finally went through two and a half days later. I sent link to the transaction, not sure if it helped. Have hope lol

Depending on how long you have been waiting for , I think that sometimes it can take a few hours for the page/system to update itself
