Same here, order confirmed as paid & confirmed from my wallet but not showing as paid on here. Lets hope this is sorted quickly & not a major problem

Transaxe have still not got back to me yet & I paid before 9am this morning, so will now miss 3pm shipping deadline......

Same issue here mate, transaxe shows that I've sent the BTC, the transactions had all the confirmations back, yet Transaxe still shows as unpaid here. Deffo have paid. Hope they can fix this without much fuss

The same happened to me this morning I've sent the vendor the transaction I'd link from my wallet hoping that will be enough proof

Seems to be a delay, sent from my BC wallet an hour ago, usually instant but hopefully get sorted soon 🤞
