Anybody else in the UK had wait times over 8 days for 1st Class?

So, post to where I am has always been good, never had anything (that I know of) lost in post. I’ve received parcels and 2nd class post delivered within the time scale since I placed an order on here. I’ve also sent first class mail all over the country that’s been received since I placed my order here.

Should I be worried now?

Give it till Friday an if nothing contact the seller, who is the seller?

I don’t want to mention the seller just yet in case it does come through and wouldn’t want to cause any alarm. It’s someone with a good rep and excellent rating. I’m looking at their reviews from recent sales and I’m seeing 3,4,5 days etc for orders to arrive. I’m well over that now. Also they don’t offer NDD or Signed For, just 1st class.

I contacted them Monday and they just said not to worry. Nor would I but I’ve been receiving 2nd class post after 3 days. I sent a load of photos out 1st class to customers 3 days ago all over the UK and they’ve all received them.

Iv seen some people waiting over 10 days sometimes so it should turn up. I had my first loss the other day from over 100 orders

I’m hoping that’s not the case. This going to be my last order for the foreseeable future due to losing work. Thought I’d go out with a bang!

I'm in the same boat at the minute. Item was despatched on the 16th June and still not seen anything. All my other parcel post arriving in about three days without issue. I've messaged seller every day after receiving mail and they just keep saying wait till tomorrow. Cannot afford to loose that kind of money either ................

I had a few take over 8 days recently though, If it helps any vendors reading. Posting in a box outside the posties usually speeds things up on 1st class as apposed to the odd post box just sitting on quiet roads. (still on some sort of lockdown so I think posties miss some collections on quiet roads)

Dispute, what’s the process?

Sorry if there’s a sticky on this, I e looked but can’t find one.

I’m nearly a month waiting for an order. I’ve contacted the seller several times and realise they’ve been having problems at their sorting office.

Despite other buyers receiving their orders from this particular vendor, albeit with slight delays, I have yet to receive mine.

I continue to receive post as usual but as the window for opening a dispute is closing soon I’d just like a bit of advice on how to proceed and, if necessary, how I’d go about opening this dispute?
