I had some recent problems with this too, after using Coinbase Pro app with no issues all year. Trading was disabled on the app and I ended up having to upload my ID to Coinbase (via the web rather than in the Pro App), in order to release my Bitcoin withdrawal to buy here - as soon as my ID was verified the payment was released. Very weird.

Ok, that’s odd. Pretty much as soon as my ID was verified (around 10 minutes from memory) the pending payment was released. Maybe they have changed some security settings, don’t know though. Hope you get it sorted, I also stocked up!

Sorted it, it won't verify my pc logins for some reason. But it will let me use the website on my phone.

All I can say is fu*king Brexit to thank. Had to confirm some BS because I live in the UK and then remove and re add my payment methods and it's worked.

Same issue, made a purchase this time last week no problem but went to use it today and it's restricted. Tried to log into the website and adjust whatever, but regardleyof the browser coinbase dashboard doesn't appear. Not sure if they're just doing it due to the increase in crypto use or they're getting wise to what's going on. Either way if I get an answer I will let you all know.

I had some problems recently too. Coinbase have changed their security settings and I needed to log in on my PC (not app) to reset some things. Once that was done my acc was no longer restricted.

They've changed their settings - new level of security or something. I was buying using an app on my phone and my account got restricted. I needed to long in on my PC and reset some things and now it's working fine again.

I've entered an old password one too many times and now my Transaxe is locked. Please could you unlock my account. I don't need a password reset as I realised my mistake when it was too late🤦‍♂️ thanks for your support 🙏

For anyone that has the same issue, it took around a week for Transaxe to fix and they will request your btc wallet. Remember that some wallets give you a new receiving address so make sure you send the original address you used.
