APE and Mckennaii strain is typically more potent so is generally recommended for experienced users or if you want to consume several caps for a trip.

GT is great for everyone, it's particularly recommended for less experienced users. Also good for a trip when consumed in slightly higher doses compared to the other 2 strains . If you're an anxious first timer you can even split these in 2 and double the length of the course.

Microdose guide: We recommend: 5 days on, 2 days off in between, then 5 days on. Take 1 capsule around the same time each day. For recreational use please see the image above for dosage . The above image dosage chart is a rough guide for trips, keep in mind everyone's tolerance is different.

This microdose course is designed so you notice a slight difference in your mind overtime, with uplifts being steady and gradual over the course. You will not "trip" or have visuals if you follow the suggested course.

Please note : If you use SSRI or have used an antidepressant even a few months ago, this can reduce the psychedelic effects for some people and can reduce the intensity of your "Trip". This is not really relevant for Microdosing. Anti depressant medicines affect the same serotonin pathway, so for most people who have taken them this will reduce the intensity of a mushroom trip.
