My Crop Review

This was grown in Coco/Perlite, and is all off of a single plant. The plant was vegged and flowered in a very large fabric pot, and was scrogged and super cropped to cover a wide horizontal foot print.

She responded by producing some absolutely ENORMOUS colas! Some of you may even get a whole one. These colas weigh anywhere between 7g and 28g they're huge! It took a long time for her to reach full maturity, a whopping 82 days, but it takes as long as it takes - and I'm very happy with how she turned out, and the life she lived :)

She did suffer some heat stress a few weeks before harvest when we had a heat wave, but i managed to avoid any serious problems by making sure she got plenty of water and keeping her environment well ventilated. She finished up really nicely.

The buds were slow dried for 7 days - removing a lot of the moisture the first few days, dropping the RH to 50% when it hit 70%. This is crucial when dealing with buds this size in avoiding mould and making sure they reach their full potential. Then around Day 4, dropping it to 55% when it hit 65%. When the RH sits naturally at around 62% thats usually when the stalks bend, with a little snap in the middle - this is when I take the buds down for curing.

The Wedding Cake will be ready around the 20th August 2021 - that's when it would have been curing 4 weeks.
