This amount of Soil allows for a substantial yield of approximately 16 ounces every 16 weeks, translating to a consistent supply of 1 ounce per week. However, if you have the luxury of operating two tents in tandem, with each on an alternating 8-week cycle, you can effectively double your output. This would result in a bountiful harvest of 16 ounces every 8 weeks, providing a generous 2 ounces per week for personal consumption.

SOIL VOLUME AND POT SIZE
To get the full benefits of using the soil product, we recommend using approximately 180-250L per 1.2m2.

We highly recommend using 45-60L per pot, with 4 pots per 1.2m2.
Other pot sizes will also work, as long as you get the soil volume to area ratio on point. For example; 2 x 90L beds, 6 x 30L pots, or one big 200L bed would all be suitable.

It is possible to use smaller pots with the soil to grow plants full-term, but they will require more frequent top-dressing. The smallest pot we recommend is 25L.

WATERING
With a good watering technique the microbes in our soil will break down the organic nutrients in the soil product to make them available to the plants, just when they need them.
Maintaining even moisture is crucial for living soil biology. Avoid excessive drying or over-watering, which disrupts the ecosystem. Consider using a moisture sensor to dial in your watering practices.


Please keep in mind that plants growing in Organic Living Soil can grow stronger but slower and the actual yield may fluctuate based on factors such as the specific strain, environmental conditions, and your level of experience as a grower.

You can expect a larger yield from the bed especially when you use the automatic watering system with the no-till method, cover crop and let it evolve over the years to meet your requirements and that of your plants, just like the earth outside.

But if you want a shorter term solution or have the luxury of operating two tents in tandem but need to move plants between them, go with the pot Kit.
We will be adding the auto watering systems you can use with the pots soon.

I can just about move the pots but only fill the bed when you are sure it is in the right place.
