Daffy, as I have said to you in private messages and here in this post, I would love to give you the benefit of the doubt however my understanding is that if I were to close the dispute then I have 0 recourse and you could tell me to fuck off and that would be the end of it.

All the advice I have read here states for the customer to keep the dispute open until I am satisfied with the outcome.

I have also made it very clear that my satisfaction is based on either A) Proof of shipping of the original package to my address or B) proof of a reshipped package to my address. If I get EITHER of those things then I would be more than happy to cancel the dispute

I really dont think I'm asking much. I would have thought that it would have been best practices for sellers to include some kind of tracking to cover themselves for situations like this.
