Agreed, I'm current waiting for RB to sort my issue out. They sent me the wrong product and it's hell trying to get a resolution or even a response, been going on now for 13days! . It's a shame as I like their products and wanted to try the new "wedding crasher", but this experience.may make me shop elsewhere.

I did notice RB has enough time to list several new products and still sending product daily, yet can't respond to those that have already given him their money......hope this gets resolved soon 🤞

Multiple layers of redundancy in the packaging, prevents any issues should the package get bashed/kicked/torn/stood on or any of the other things they seem to endure to get to us.

Sad that customers know more than some vendors. This shouldn't have been the outcome for a regular buyer.

All flower as a minimum should be multi layered sealed then boxed before the outer Jiffy bag (and that seems to be the standard stealth).

I've noticed a few of my packages have had the corners torn off so they can smell inside not opened though.

Similar to this but tot royal mail but here in ROI I have noticed they are piercing the packages with a pin to smell inside.

Royal Mail do have scanners.Think the London police have better things to do with their time rather than chase someone over a bit of weed In the post.Unless it’s kilos your sending.If Royal Mail find it they just destroy it cops not interested in bits and bobs.

Unfortunately, seizure of the package lead to a charge weeks after the fact. It was about an 0z. And it was the arresting officer who said the royal mail do not scan internal packages (UK to UK) this wasnt an assumption.

Your friend got arrested.How come if it didn’t get delivered to their address.They can’t arrest you for a package intercepted at Royal Mail.They can only arrest you if they do a controlled delivery and your friend accepts the package at their front door.My friend had 9 os intercepted at Royal Mail and nothing happened to him strange how a very busy London police force would go through all this hassle for 1 o.Fs it takes them days to respond if someone breaks into your house and even then they still probably not even call out.Watch out your friend isn’t telling porky pies.Royal Mail don’t scan U.K. to U.K. but that’s not what was originally stated.They don’t have scanners is what was said and they do have scanners they scan any package that looks suspicious then if it’s gear they put it in with the other 1000s of bits they have caught.Every few months the cops call to collect all the confiscated stuff and they take it away and destroy it.There is so much the cops can’t investigate any of it.Have you not seen the cops on the news with 50 sacks full of parcels from one Royal Mail sorting office.They just burn it as they can’t do anything by law your not responsible for Mail sent to your house.They have to do a controlled delivery and they don’t unless it’s kilos.

A charge, how did this happen and weeks after, did they admit guilt ?
15 years ago a friend sent my some flower but he had just put it in a jiffy bag with no stealth, when postie knocked the smell hit me like a wall, he said it smells amazing and could he have my number, i gave him a random number heard nothing more. I should of denied but the smell captivated me and i had to get a smoke of it. I still joke about it with my mate.

But times have changed, i can also confirm that uk - uk are not scanned but for how long ? If they are allowed and it is brought in through some random security law, we will have to see a whole new level of stealth.

To be honest, i dont know how it came to this. The police chased it up weeks after the usual love letter arrived. The bigga concerned may drop into this post to give more detail. I only made this post for vendor awareness.

Stealth is so important, i'm sure we have all had some shockers, usually from new vendors.
Awareness can only be a good thing.

The moral here is never to let vendors run the clock down on a possible dispute. Biggas should dispute early- there is no stigma, it protects your coin and if it’s resolved (which most are) then you simply inform escrow and the dispute is cancelled.

Send these details to escrow anyway, they will still investigate which will put pressure on the seller to resolve.

I think it's still worth messaging escrow and seeing what they say, I have vague memories of seeing somewhere they can dock further earning from the vendor to repay others but I might well have imagined it 🤷🏻☁️🐰☁️

not sure how to message the escrow people. I need to, as have run out of patience. Shame, as I've ordered from Dank2000 with minimal issues many many times, but this has been going on for over a month.
