You disputed the order rather than come to us to sort it out? We've have way over 8000 orders and an issue with your 6th and of those 6 only one has been with us as far as I'm aware and means we don't know what we're doing? Are you serious? We've 0% dispute for a reason. We put everything right. Your way out of order.

The first message you sent us in relation to your dispute started off with 'Who the fuck are you talking to' Childish and pointless. So you cant be making out we don't do what we do properly when you behave how you are.

That would be your issue again and as for the refund you didnt message to ask. You disputed.

When you dispute you have to wait and pay fees on the refund. You chose that not us. So again its a problem you created for yourself that could have been sorted with a couple of polite messages.

Just leave it to escrow now.

Also stop lying you posted on my wall trying to put me on blast, not concerned about the order at all. So stop playing victim the customer is always right it's that simple. You don't want to give a refund because you're not making that many sales as you claim an clearly you need the money. Our sales are fine, everything is there in black and white so your clutching at straws. But your right I don't want to help you now. I would have if you messaged us within a few days of your order being delayed but you waited 20 days and then went to dispute without a word.

Your going on stupid over a gram and claiming Ive scammed you. I would have reshipped you or refunded if thats what you wanted. Its just not sinking in is it. We wouldnt be on here for coming on 2 years if we were scammers.

All of this would have been avoided if you just read our terms, paid the correct postage etc. You ignored everything and then lose your shit because i asked why you didn't message to alert us to the issue.

ULC are legit and have fantastic customer service, how can they fix an issue if they're not aware of it?

Also keep in mind, Royal Snail 📮🐌 are shocking at the minute. Massive delays and parcels arriving late, sometimes not at all.

Well don't buy on here ULC are one of the most if not the most reliable vendor on here sad you feel that way😒

If you have an issue with a supermarket home delivery do you

A: immediately call the bank and organise a chargeback on your card

Or

B: contact said supermarket and seek resolution
