Hi mate, i have had exactly the same issue to the UK.

For years the tracking would give an update from LA departure, then to heath row and then through clearance. After that within 1-2 days the items would be with me. Turn around would never be over 2 weeks. I've been ordering for several years now without an issue.

However, for the first time my parcel hasnt arrived and i have exactly the same issue as you. Processed and departured LA and then nothing else.

Maybe Royal Mail or authorities have got wind of the deliveries?
