Thanks for the comp and asking for feedback. Big fan as is evident from my frequent orders, what I think you do well / should keep doing:
- super professional service: comms, speed, responsiveness, reliability, order fulfillment, accuracy, personal touch etc all flawless
- packaging: great protection for the contents, lots of smell proof layers, overall appearance is v professional adding to overall stealthiness
- product: trusted purveyor of premium imports and exclusives, frequent updates and regular new listings, all high end quality / no shelf fillers, early access. This area I think you excel in.
- pack collection: lol never knew I wanted one but now I have one …sad I know, never collected stickers when I was a younger but a nice pack’s a keeper.
Everything is 10/10 from my point of view, suggestions for what they are worth:
- keep doing premium exclusives, high quality product, high end service
- keep selling top end flowers (as well as hash)
- keep up access to rarer products like piatella, GMO, live rosin
- more of everything!
- tracked 24 option? Personally I prefer NDD for bigger spends
