The staff and ownership has changed ( I know this from insiders ) and they started to perform shady and selective scam on user like me about 2 months ago

I lost 3x accounts on here: all " locked account " for no reason apart from disputing an order I've never received

Got reckless banned without a word the day I posted an honest review on some buds sent by Rex2Riz that was VERY obviously laced with some nasty chemicals

All that to say: LB is just caring about money at this point.

I purchased some shake from JUST WEED, It arrived in good time BUT when I opened it there was just trim, not 1 nugget, literally not one, it's was all crispy and crumbly from the fan leaves, even though he promises a good amount of buds in his listing, I wasn't expecting hundreds but not one isn't really good value🙄

I contacted them and they replied to say they were sending out a reship immediately, that's where they go silent, I've messaged them many times with no reply and nothing arrived again today,

Can I open a dispute and if I can what do I need to do it?
