AVOID... REPOSTED

((DUE TO RETARDS THIS IS REPOSTED)) First time buying with this vendor and we are not off to a good start first off he took all day to reply so then the day after i got my order in and paid for first thing at 9AM with guarenteed next day delivery as he stated in the manifesto..... i then sat all day waiting for a reply or a confirmation its been sent but still nothing i messaged numner of times aaking for traxking or some kind of reply so i know its sent out bare in mind at this point all my messages are being read but the vendor doesnt want to reply even though payment was made i then waited untill the end of the day when the post cut off point was to be ignored once again so i put in to cancel my order as i am not getting the service i paid for and he is now refusing to refund me now i jave to wait u till december 1st to get anything back STAY WELL CLEAR AND STICK TO VENDORS YOU KNOW

No refund its in the post prob be Monday as he doesn’t offer Saturday guaranteed before 1pm.

States "same day shipping monday-friday 3pm" my order was paid and cleared by 9am friday morning....... never had a problem with my regular vendors almost always order on thursday or friday never had a problem with delivery.... if thers a problem with the service i paid for then why not tell me seen as i followed his "rules".... no excuse at all

Nothing wrong with the service you paid for it just isn’t GUARANTEED to land on a Saturday even the Saturday service before 1pm isnt 100% reliable. I do agree that this could be resolved with a reply from the vendor but you just don’t seem happy that it hasn’t come TODAY.

His manifesto clearly states he ships Monday to Friday before 3pm. If you ordered at 9pm, your order will be part of the next days postal run. To then arrive an additional day later.

No fault at all on the vendors end, had they packed up and attempted to ship OPs package, they would turn up to a closed post office. If I recall correctly, the cut off time for Special Delivery by 1pm is around 4:30pm on royal mails side also. So it would have been impossible given the scenario you have presented for ganja to have your order arrive when you expected.

Can we stop chucking vendors under the bus for buyers mistakes? Had one the other day delete the topic after being outed for incorrectly inputting his address again no fault of the vendor. Maybe borg should do a review system for buyers. Minimal comms is optimal. I’ve always got my order in before midday-1 and left them to it. My parcels always show next day and I use multiple vendors. 25+buys account. Most I’ve ever spoke to a vendor about is to say thanks, I don’t start asking them when they’re doing this or that like I’m the only order they have.

Worst vendor on here the service and the comms are just a joke they need a reality check they dont post when sposed to they dont post what you actualy paid for and dont repy they dont give you tracking you have to beg for it over and over again VOID at all cost dont waste your time or money be smart and go to a pro, a proper vendor that looks after customers.......
