I appreciate that with only 11 sales, the poor reviews/disputes (being percentages) currently have an exaggerated effect on your rep.

But equally it's concerning that this has happened so quickly: I'd imagine that new vendors would be going to extra lengths to establish a good reputation.

One review states that you were holding their reship "hostage", pending removal of the review.

I'd address these issues first: even with the protections this site offers, why would anyone risk their funds being tied-up in the dispute/refund process, when they can just shop somewhere else?

If your interested in knowing detail I was given the 1/10 and then contacted. I simply refuse to deal with that kind of nonsense. The buyer had plenty opportunity to get a refund or reship but chose to play the bad rating game and made some pretty nasty allegations which they've since edited .

It's also a standard scam to target new vendors according to other vendors ive spoken with

My product is really good as you can see from every other reviewer and a great price so I'm happy to build up trust and sales slowly with the better element on here. 💚

I will always address issues politely and professionally if the buyer shows enough respect to do the same.

If it costs me some sales so be it.

That is not accurate. For anyone reading, the reviews are not scams. I brought some edibles, I never received them, so left a negative review thinking I had been scammed. I have since edited them to clarify. The seller threatened no refund unless I delete the review, so I had to dispute.

But you've made some pretty damaging allegations: can you back them up with copies of your correspondence?

I won't be commenting on this if its brought up again like I've said their were opportunities to resolve without allegations and negativity and i feel I was reasonable in trying to do so.

To be clear I'm not taking sides, just saying how it looks to me, as a buyer. If I type "edibles" into the wall and scroll through, you stand out for the wrong reasons.

Yes, new sellers do get scammed, but equally so do new customers.

And given the choice between gambling on who is in the right and just moving on to another vendor, I suspect a number of potential customers would take the safe option.

If I was in your position, I'd tackle this head-on. Rather than waiting for someone to query the situation, I'd be upfront and have a post on my wall detailling my version of events, ready and waiting for all to read.

On the other hand, you could make a case for the Streisand Effect...

Not an easy situation.

Given we're in a "he said/she said" situation, screen caps (or at least a cut & paste) of the correspondence would lend weight to your explanation (45 days haven't passed, so you should still have the messages).

Anyway, this is just my opinion and we know what they say about those!
