Had the same drama last night (25% fee on the total amount) so I waited and ended up with a £2 fee early this morning.

A general rule of thumb seems to be ‘off peak’ hours are cheaper so evenings and weekends, but this will be US evening and weekends so take the time difference into account.

And governments sometimes buy up all the rockets etc that are available on the black market so they aren't used against them - Exocet missiles being an obvious example that were used during the Falklands. Bitcoin halving is happening on the 19/20th April. (the amount miners get is halved). So the market is kinda busy now with people either buying hoping for the price to increase crazy amounts again, or people selling due to thinking it might drop. If you google "bitcoin transaction fee" there is site which tracks the average cost. Like others have said, try sending at odd times and the price should be lower. The more transactions there are taking place, the higher the fee is.

As a pure guess i'd say the fees will stay volatile, probably get a little worse in the next couple days. Though they should be less so after the halving is done and settled

But the fees have been fairly volatile for the last 6 or so months anyway, so not sure at all.

It used to be regularly lower overnight (when the US is in bed) but not recently. It's never really calmed down properly from when fees went mad at the start of November 2023.

The website mentioned I've linked above. You can see the cost of being in each block in real time, and the symbol like a guage in the bottom left gives the fees needed for various priority levels and speed of likely confirmations. You can save a huge amount in fees if you're setting them yourself when sending from your wallet by checking on here first.

Completely up to you, but that's what the dispute system is there for and very often opening a dispute is enough to get people to suddenly look at their messages and reply. Think about it though, if you're treated like this over an order of dust, do you want to keep giving them your custom? There are lots of excellent vendors and superb products on here.

Clicking cancel just sends a request to the vendor for them to cancel it on their end. It's not automatic, to prevent cancellations in situations like this where they've sent it out. You'll get your order, won't have to pay the extra, and don't need to worry about the cancellation.

Probably some type of packaged edible, unless you want to inhale the terps, then your plan might be the better personal choice. Also depends on when and where you want to vape, do you want to consume while in court ? Because even Thc crystals will have a smell if vaporized with a liquid, not sure if it truly is the greatest plan to consume in court. IMO edibles are the way. Your high fees aren't a Coinbase issue, it is Bitcoin's Network fees that are the issue.

Coinbase don't charge withdrawal fees and their purchase fees are some of the lowest of any exchange.

Should be 3-5% with fluctuations for a decent exchange mate for the initial loading of your wallet, then last night the fees were high and I sent at 45 sat/vB which cost another $3.50ish. My wallet wanted to send at twice that, but I checked the fees on Mempool.space and saved myself about $5. It's designed to take money from people who don't understand the fees structure, it seems.

I had that a few years ago. A week isn't really long enough to clear your system. I had advance warning of the test but made an excuse and cancelled the first appointment to buy more time. I stopped smoking for about 28 days and went to the gym most days, did a lot of treadmill running and what ever I could to make me sweat. The day of the test I drank several litres of water, an occupational nurse followed me into the toilets and watched me from behind to make sure I pissed into a cup. Luckily the test came back clear. The job lasted 5 years before I eventually got sacked for being crap at it! 😁

From us peeps, gator aid and drink lots of water and iron tablets. Iron tablets for colour gator aid because they test for people over hydrated and it apperently replacess lost electrolights. But saying that I would presume a rehydration pack would work

As a rule of thumb if you want to cleanse quickly try to drink your recommended amount of water daily, eat healthy foods and exercise.
Urine tests and be very thorough, they are sensitive enough to detect a drug from one drop of urine in a swimming pool allegedly!
I found cutting out entirely then gentle jogging three times a week and water will cleanse you fully after two months if you’re a daily toker.

Cleansing drink, if you are a heavy user with high toxins buy two bottles and you take one and a half 1 hour before your test. You have to follow the instructions and drink a lot of water two days before. I've tested it with drug kits bought off the Internet and got negative results on dry runs

The timeline for detecting marijuana is vast and can vary from 1 day up to 90 days. piss test can pick it up for up to 4 weeks .... But if you got a perscription for cbd or take cbd then that could give a false posative test result because all cbd has trace amounts of thc in it.

I do tree surgery in UK, and spot checks only happen if an accident happens, depends on your industry too.

For this product you do really need to know when it is most likely they will test you, with a new employment you would hope that that would be on the first day or in the first week or them actually telling you the specific date/time. Some employers insist on a pre work medical to be undertaken which is when they normally would carry it out. Not ideal but you could buy 7 bottles for every day of your first week to try and cover yourself but that is the only way I can see when not knowing the exact time.

I have friends in the US who've used products that are supposed to aid clearance and/or mask any testing and they've passed tests using those. Depends on the drug test. AIUI urinalysis could detect metabolites for upto 4 weeks I believe.
Saliva test is less sensitive and a moderate to heavy user would likely be clear in something like 72 hours to a week.
Hair follicle and blood tests would be unusual for a spot drug test but can detect for upto 3 months.
Is the nature of the testing for health and safety reasons? That is normally the only justification permittable in UK law.

Best thing you can do to speed it up is drink lots of water.

Did it coincide with a covid infection?
I got covid in October 2020 and it stopped my sense of smell in it's tracks.
Whilst my partners sense of smell returned - mine didn't and for about 3-4 months I just had no sense of smell. I was eating the spiciest food I could find(prior to which I wasn't fond of) to taste SOMETHING.
One day it returned, totally distorted. Nothing smelled or tasted right apart from chocolate.
From this point I perceived anything with alot of fat to smell rancid. Walking past a chippy is still excruciating.
Plant matter tasted like mouldy food smells. All plant matter apart from onions, garlic and coriander which tasted like sour milk, shit and sour apples respectively.
Nearly everything apart from sweet stuff tasted different and most smells were nauseating.
30 odd months later I would say my smell is at 70%. I have parosimia.
Extremely dulled alot of the time - but i believe there are some promising therapies for these smell and taste issues people have since covid.
Stellate ganglion block injections have seen some success
Smell training has seen success and has kicked up a notch since 2021. I believe there is now a machine that can just spray out different smells on it's own in order to programme your brain to recognise the smell correctly.
Vitamin D drops have seen some success too.
Repurchased epilepsy medications like sodium valproate have also seen good success in returning people's smell..
I only taste urb on the first toke too. I really need to concentrate on tasting the exhale to counter this which is not a conscious decision most of the time. I have to concentrate which means I can't relax which is paradoxical to smoking weed 🙂

after a quick google search i can confirm this is an extremely common issue and one i have myself even when i’m not smoking but have smoked a day before, it dulls the senses and if you stop for maybe a week it comes back even stronger; i stopped for 2 weeks and couldn’t believe the shit i was smelling and tasting it was crazy it felt like a new sense and generally felt so strong

Even if I’ve had some and my wife asks me to smell something she’s cooking etc I have to tell her I’ve had a joint I can’t smell a thing.

1) Flavour and taste are different - taste is sweet, sour, salty, bitter and Umami. That's it. That's what your taste buds perceive on your tongue and in your palate.

2) What happened to you could be a lot of things - might be post viral (eg Covid and others). Might be to do with some sort of imperceptible neurological change (like a mini stroke or a minor head injury) or could be something else.

Buy a grow tent big enough for you to sit in then get an extractor fan with a carbon filter, connect it from the outside so it sucks the air out, then get a small fan and put it over/in one of the vents so it pushes fresh air in, you can smoke as much as you want in there and your neighbour will not have the slightest clue

Back when I grew, I left fan on in room when harvesting and missus couldn’t smell a fucking thing and she has the nose of a hound 😂

A current grower can prob advise the size based on dimensions. Main thing is matching it to the fan. Nothing worse than not enough suction!

I had mine in a tent as easier to control environment.

I run the exhaust from the grow along the ceiling and out a vent in the rooms door.

Using hps got HOT, so that hot non smelly exhaust heated the upstairs of the house 😂

I’d hazard a guess around a 250/250 cfm if your box rooms like mine

Also it all depends on your space, 2x2/3x3 tent is perfect size for one person, you might be best off getting a hunting blind though as they are designed to sit in and are not as wide, you’ll just have to cut some holes for the fans which could be a problem, but there is things for that, and budget as cheap fans and extractor fans are very noisy and also if you have a wife she might not want a 2x2 tent up all the time
