Nothing received and no communication

I have been using these guys for over a year and had no issues, however I ordered something 2 hours before the next day delivery cut off on Friday 28th Nov. It was marked sent on the 30th Oct, a week later still nothing received. I have sent multiple messages and been ignored. As I said I have been using these guys for ages and they are normally great. I am very disappointed - its not a great way to treat regular customers. I will be raising a dispute when I can.

Update - sent about 4 messages since ordered on the 30th Oct, no reply to any. Have opened a dispute (8th Nov).

Update - Received a message from Just weed on the 14th Nov saying they will re send the package. No response after sending my address though... fingers crossed

Thats what happened to me with another seller, since then i know to never close the dispute until received !

Ordered an Oz of the top notch shake (my usual order) on the 5th of September, still hasn't arrived, getting through to support is like watching paint dry, please upvote so they see this...

Update: Been waiting 11 days now, 4 days since last communication when they asked for my address. Disputed the order but unsure what to do now.

They messaged me yesterday to arrange reshipping, I expect the package in a couple of days will let you know, but this is the first problem I've had with them usually spot on so I wouldn't worry, just don't expect speedy responses as they are very busy offline.

Ordered the same, created order 7th of September sent payment 8th of Sept. It's now the 21st and still nothing, payment awaiting confirmation. Sent a message on 18th and still unread, says they were online 14 hours ago though. I hope its just a backlog or something. Ordered a few times before and got here within 2 - 3 days.

Yes I must admit it it strange, usually they are spot on but I have been waiting 17 days now. Honestly wondering if they have been nicked or something.

Update: 21st day waiting now, 8 days since last communication when they asked for reship address, no goods received. I stupidly closed the dispute when they asked for a reship address as I had no reason to suspect it wouldn't show up as I have purchased from them several times before, guess im fucked...

we only ask for details as we can check tracking records and confirm whether or not this has actually been recieved. believe it or not, buyers claim non delivered items then when we check the tracking, it seems the delivery was confirmed.
Once we have checked tracking, we resolve.

Yh idk man, they used to be fine until they weren't, still haven't received mine, not expecting it as they haven't replied in over a month
