Clear order through customs. Is it safe?

Today I received a letter from the post office saying that I have to clear my order through customs. This happened to me in the past and I toke the risk and it went OK. But, this shouldn't be happening cause I already ordered from MKK2020 and they filled up the forms and was OK to. I already contacted MKK2020. They said "Not ours, all our custom declarations orders have gone through swiftly". I answered back with trackID for them to check, but I got no answer yet. I'm not waiting for anything from anywhere right now, so it can only be from them. Now I don't know what to do. Contact post office? I am afraid it might be seized ;(

I heard if you don't claim it within three weeks or even less perhaps, it'll get opened, just a heads up.
This is the case with underpaids at least.

Yeah... you're right. ;( I sent another message to the seller. Hope they'll answer it. I need to claim it, and I need to know what to fill in forms. Particular, cause de seller already answered my 1st message saying: "Not ours, all our custom declarations orders have gone through swiftly". Yeah.... Radar Breeder. and got a letter from the post office saying I had to clear a goods held in customs due to the new legislation... Now I'm afraid they'll open the package to check what it contains, as they asked me on the online form I filled out what the product was, its price and in what currency the transaction was made :S I shouldn't have filled that form...

Sorry to hear.i know that most vendors would fill in the form to say what it is and the amount but the rules seem to have changed for lower amounts. Eg socks 10euro(which would have been vat exempt up to recently).

Actually if I am not mistaken you do not have many EU vendors unfortunately; Hootan from Spain; one Italian with 2 sales, and an inactive vendor in .France...

This is nothing more than a scam. Been waiting over a month and still nothing, was told it would be reshipped last week and still nothing. Communication is poor and messages get ignored. This is just a scam to get people to send money with no proof that the items have been shipped then when they don’t arrive he will say it’s lost overseas with no proof to suggest this then after waiting a week to reply he will just ask for address as if he’s doing something about it when in fact he’s probably just taking more peoples money. Don’t just take it from me read other posts below which pretty much say the same.

I can say without doubt hootan is not a scammer. Are you aware your bud would ship from Spain? Yes his packs do take a while to travel across Europe but if you pay barely anything for an Oz there will always be some drawbacks. Luckily with hootan it's just delivery times as the quality is always top notch. Why would you try to damage someone else's business because you ordered from a different country? Prize wanker.

the vendor risk is fair greater than the consumer. i think it is unreasonable to demand the tracking number given this. they have been upfront on the T&C

Yes I've received it today.

About sharing the tracking number:

If they send it to us encrypted (using PGP) there's no risk involved.

If some law enforcement wants to find them using the tracking code, they can just simply place an order, wait to receive it and the tracking number will be available on the parcel.

So, the only risk involved by sharing the tracking number is if it's shared in plain text, cheers bro!

Things got solved today, 50% reship. I bought some shake but RM send it to the USA, the same thing with an order from TGT, that now is stuck in Italy, lucky me. All my other purchases with this vendors are arriving perfectly, 9 to 30 days (depending on the type of shipping).
From Gods Connect it took more the 30 days but my post office was on strike and covid.
Tried some jamaican sesh from GC, and it was very good for the price. Hope your package arrives faster then mine. :) 09/07

I’d be interested to know if it came through! I’ve had one order not make it from RB from before ‘rona lockdown began, the reship was sent a month ago and had still not arrived, and there’s another order I’ve been waiting on two weeks. In contrast, a package from TGT took the standard 12 days. If only it was easier to find quality bud in Portugal!
